Change in the area of jurisdiction of APVC, S.A.

With the publication of Decree-Law no. 98/2013, of 24 July, some plots of land that are part of the state's assets were assigned to APVC, S.A., as well as the buildings, infrastructures and equipment located on them, redefining the area relating to the ownership concession granted to ENVC - Estaleiros Navais de Viana do Castelo, S.A..

This decree also authorised APVC, S.A. to amend the concession contract with ENVC, S.A., including authorisation for a new sub-concession.
